I currently work with a number of banks and disposition companies to manage, list and market your properties. I have been quite successful in returning BPO's quickly with recommended prices that produce a quick sale while still recouping a high net to the selling client.

The Foreclosure Center at Realty Executives has a very strong network of over 450 active agents in this area and a true REO division.

Realty Executives advertises our Foreclosure Center prominently on Realtor.com and Zillow.com where online buyers are seamlessly passed to our REO listings
·          I advertise EVERY REO listing online at www.SCVforeclosurecenter.com and my agent site www.ValenciaHomesToday.com
·          I advertise EVERY REO listing on Realtor.com as an upgraded, showcased listing and featured (top four properties per zip code) for certain Cities
·          EVERY property is photographed with multiple photos for the Asset Manager file, MLS and advertising
·          EVERY property is visually inspected WEEKLY
·          EVERY property has a sign installed and maintained by our sign department so they always look fresh
·          I have an extensive network of third-party vendors who can bid on and/or perform all necessary corrections
·          Monthly Status Reports/Market Updates are ALWAYS completed on time
·          I have a FAST turnaround time on all BPO’s (usually a REAL 24 hours or less)
